Our Content: All website design, software code, graphics, logos, text, user interface, and other content provided by TinyIMG Pro are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

5 Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice
• We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for any disruption, modification, or discontinuation of services
• Features may be added, changed, or removed to improve user experience

Current Status: TinyIMG Pro is currently provided as a completely free service with no subscription fees, premium tiers, or hidden charges.

• Existing free features will be clearly distinguished from paid offerings

7 Disclaimers & Warranties

We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

10 Termination & Suspension

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Excessive or inappropriate use that impacts service performance

Upon Termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) remain in effect

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13 General Provisions
